I own a Porsche 911 2004, model 996. It is a convertible, and I have not been having problems with the roof until I got a hard top put on it, which leaked constantly, so I took I got it taken off. However, now even the soft top leaks, especially when I wash the car, or there is rain. Does anyone know people who have this problem with their convertible, and any solutions? Does anyone have this same problem? Thank you so much!|||Have all of the top seals checked. Some of them may be drying up, which would not allow a good seal. You may also want to check to make sure the windows are properly aligned in the regulator.
In addition, if I rememeber right, that car slightly lowers the window when you open the door. You may want to check to see if that mechanism/feature is working properly.
