How much would it cost to buy an automatic 1998/99 porsche boxster?

OK so im in the market to buy a used 1998 or 1999 porsche boxster and i dont know which is better in price an automatic or a stick.|||2.5L Boxsters seem to be selling in the mid-teens right now; expect $16k-19k for a good to excellent example. Model optioned with the Tiptronic transmission tend to cost less than cars with manual gearboxes, though this is not always the case (the tiptronic cost more from the factory, but in terms of demand, many buyers of these cars will not consider such a car, often leading to lower prices to attract buyers).|||I bought a 2004 boxster s on ebay, I studied market value by watching what sold and at what price for about three months on ebay. Since it's auction and the history is tracked it is the most accurate source for market value. You can see what year model is going for what price depending on options and mileage. check it out|||Have you searched for one that is being sold in your area? The asking price will be more or less what it is going to cost :)

If you are asking what SHOULD you pay for the car (its recommended value) then you can lookup car values here:

The Boxster is a fun car but you don't want to buy a 10 year old one. |||If you have to ask, you can't afford it
