Why does my Porsche 928 smell of petrol from the exhaust?

As the weather has gone colder and colder over the last few weeks, my Porsche has started to smell heavily of petrol from the exhaust. It's not from the tank, I checked that.. Could be any number of reasons but without knowing the year and model designation of your 928 I do not care to guess. Is it a 928? a 928 S, S4 or GT or GTS? 16V or 32 Valve engine? Make sure you visit rennlist you give as much specific information as you can.
