How to make my 1984 porsche 944 faster?

Im looking to add more horses to my porsche without to much money. What are some suggested parts?|||not a whole lot without cash unfortunately, turbo is your best bet. cold air intakes and exhaust will help a little, give you a little quicker throttle response but as far as power you can feel, it would be marginal.|||Removing the catalytic converter will certainly help, especially if the original is still on there (not 100% on the legality of that...i know they don't check cars that old any more...)|||Andial Intercooler and Turbo.
